Se sabe que cada estudiante tiene su propio proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, por lo que para desarollar un proceso de formación a partir de sus expectativas y características personales y/o profesionales.
Los materiales didácticos deben permitir
La estructuración del Contenido:
Hipertexto. El usuario decide que pasos va a seguir para obtener la información.
Aprender- Aprender
Algunos de los medios que se puede integrar para el material de formación son:
•Audio: Este se puede incorporar con ondas sonoras como en diálogos, textos hablados, música, efectos sonoros, etc.
•Video. Aporta mas realismo de una forma mas dinámica y buscando el adecuado para cada persona y su aprendizaje.
Para el diseño de sistemas hipermedia para la formación es necesario plasmar la información mas relevante y como lo entendió cada individuo, no significa que por tener mas información se va aprender más, al contrario puede haber una saturación de esta y se perderá la idea principal.
*Evitar el aburrimiento. Esto se logra con contenidos mas específicos y de calidad además utilizando los recursos necesario siendo así un diseño dinámico.
*Interactividad. Debe haber una interrelación entre los contenidos y los materiales de formación, así como los sujetos que participan en este medio.
*Felixibilidad. Es la posibilidad de acceder a los contenidos de manera fácil. Adaptando la herramienta al alumno para un mayor aprendizaje.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
